How to delete your account

Option 1 (Recommended): Delete in the app

If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account directly in the app:

• Open Bible Guide.
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you deleted it or no longer have your device), email us:

Email: support@dailybibleguide.com
Subject line: “Delete my Bible Guide account”

Please include:

• the sign-in method you used (Guest / Apple / Google / Facebook)
• any account identifier you know (for example, email address if you used one)
• your approximate last date of use (optional but helpful)

What happens when you delete your account

When your account deletion is processed, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your account, except where we must retain certain data for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.

Subscriptions note (important)

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it.
